It's not the smallest town in Texas but it's small. Crystal City is between La Pryor (even smaller) and Carrizo Springs (not much bigger)

I met a man in Labrador who looked and sounded exactly like Popeye and it got me thinking that he wasn't American; Popeye was Canadian and based off a Newfoundland Cod Fisherman. That's my theory at least.
